Excellent Doctor with so much knowledge and makes your child feel comfortable. She has people skills and is polite and professional. She knows a lot about raising kids too!
Dr. Mortimer let us down in our darkest hours. My child was faced with some major health challenges about a year ago. After having a few consecutive visits with Dr. Mortimer, she became disrespectful and audacious while pretending to care at the same time. She would make insulting judgments against us as parents in front of our child and would raise her voice. I pointed out that her condescending tone was causing a rift between us after every visit. Dr. Mortimer is AMAZING! She has been my 16 year old daughter's pediatrician for 14 years! It makes me sad to think that she won't be able to see her much longer. Dr. Mortimer is caring, attentive, funny, knowledgeable and down to earth. She always to get the bottom of any health issue that has come up. She truly cares for her patients and never makes you feel rushed. I highly, highly recommend her!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mortimer. First of all, she listens, she's empathetic, she's extremely knowledgeable and dedicated, she makes you feel comfortable and reassured that your children is getting the best care possible. Both my son and daughter have been patients of Dr. Mortimer for several years and we gladly make the trip from Santee to Poway to see this wonderful doctor. Super recommend!
