Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Yes, they had everything for kids of all ages Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly but they weren't at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Absolutely! Every parent in my community thinks very highly of them

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? No, they don't over-treat my child Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute
