Dr. Carmosky was one of the only doctors that ever truly listened to me. She helped me more in the 2 yrs I saw her than any other professional ever has still to this day. She has a great understanding of medication and starts you off on small doses to help you gage what dose is best for you. I fully trusted her with my mental health and felt like she had my best interest at heart. My insurance doesn't cover me going to her. I wish I could afford to pay out of pocket to see her.
Dr. Carmosky’s disposition is neurotic, condescending and intense which I felt would cause issues for me later on. Nevertheless I was in a very vulnerable place in my life and was seeking help to cope with a devastating and unexpected loss. Dr. Carmosky was very cold and condescending throughout our relationship. She schedules appointments a full 3 months out and offers no flexibility when the dates of those appointments approach and may need to change. Horrible experience booking an appointment. Only wants easy patients she doesn't have to deal with. Condescending and rude. Negligent practitioner.
