If you don’t want anything accomplished then Dr. Ivery staff will definitely help you with that. Called Dr. Ivery’s office and of course only got the answering service, left messages with issues i needed addressed for over a month with no phone call. Couldn’t even make an appointment to see her. Waste of an office space if you ask me. Never will I go back. Don’t make the same mistake I did, find a new doctor, save yourself the hassle. Dr. Ivery is great doctor but she needs all new staff who actually care enough.
Dr. Ivery's bedside manner is atrocious. Absolutely no empathy for my situation and basically told me to suck it up. I will never go back, but recently I had to call get my records and everyone had left 3 hours early. On a Tuesday.
