Always a pleasant visit with Dr. Powell. Always a chance to ask questions and get answers. Warm. Kind. Approachable. Friendly. A capable clinician. Likeable. I wish they all were like him. Most specialists/surgeons are arrogant. Importantly, Dr. Powell, "takes extra steps" other physicians don't. He's a benchmark for comparison. When I can control it, I'll always reject a specialist driven by hubris and instead receive care from someone who's kind and of course, capable... like Dr. Powell.
