Back in 1997, I️ met him through a friend of his Dr Jerry Africk. He helped our family greatly with amazing nutritional advice. I’ve utilized many of his practices and shared with friends. I’ve seen arthritis, diabetes, cholesterol, intestinal and many other issues cured in personal friends thru sharing his advice and knowledge. Thank you for the revelations! I just finished reading Don Colbert's book;let food be your medicine. What an easy and enthusiastic read. I will highly recommend it to everyone. I first learned of Don when watching my favorite Pastor John Hagee.. I like how a lot of the information with the different foods was repeated over in some of the chapters makes it easier to sink in... it's a book that I will probably read once a year.
