I am reading and following Dr. Colbert’s book Keto Zone Diet and tried to make the pumpkin pancakes this morning. They were a complete flop. Very disappointed. This happen to anyone else? As for the diet itself and the book in general, they’re great! I’ve lost 7lbs so far in 3 weeks!
