Dr. Patillo did a pretty extensive surgery on my wrist. He knew exactly what needed to be done, scheduling the surgery was easy and his staff was great. Surgery went smooth. Dr. Patillo came and spoke to me before the surgery and answered all my questions and was very patient. He put me at ease. I highly recommend him and his practice.
It’s one thing when a surgery doesn’t get you the relief you had hoped for. It’s another when you end up with more pain than you had beforehand. Dr. Patillo performed CMC surgery to treat my thumb arthritis a year ago. Now simple activities like washing dishes, cutting with a knife or picking up a wide bottle of shampoo, turning the key in my door take all the energy and strength I can muster, always with pain in not only my thumb but forefinger and wrist. Forget about ever doing yoga or Pilates again. I can’t use my hand to... read more
Dr. Patillo is an excellent surgeon with a kind bedside manner. I broke my wrist and he treated me with care and thoroughly explained everything that it would take to heal. I especially appreciated his experience as a successful hand surgeon, confidence in his skills and patience in answering my many questions. I highly recommend Dr. Patillo.
Diagnostic expertise
He’s professional, kind and cares about his patients. He takes time to explain the procedures. And informed me about all details of recovery as well. A great experience
Dr. Patillo performed endoscopic release surgery on my wrist from carpal tunnel and it fixed my issue, providing much needed relief. Before the surgery I was sent to physical therapy that did not help the condition much, but I think they have to try it first.
Dr. Patillo recently treated my broken wrist. He was kind, compassionate and I have great confidence in the care I received. I would recommend him and his team highly. Appointments were very efficient and the front office team and xray techs are very friendly.
I went to Dr. Patillo to treat my DQT. He was compassionate, and despite an obviously busy day, he was very patient with my plethora of questions. We'll see if the steroid injection works, but I'm confident he'll do a great job if I have to go back for further treatment.
Went to see him for trigger finger. It is painful and gets stuck often. While discussing with him, he showed no compassion and gave the feeling that I was wasting his time. We agreed to a steroid shot. He sprayed it with something that he said would numb it... it didn't numb it at all. He then did the shot and moved the needle around inside the palm of my hand without removing it. The pain of the procedure was excruciating and Dr. Patillo didn't seem to care one bit. I'm now needing surgery and no way am I going here.
