After 21 years with Dr. Bond, I bring my daughter with fever, difficulty breathing and the front desk girl denied to schedule her to be see by the Dr., Dr. Bond do not was at the office he is on vacation, that is why things are handling in different way.
Dr Bond has been our families Doctor for 24 years he's always been very good with the kids he's very caring and addresses any issues or concerns I may have. Walk-in are seen in a timely manner. The other Doctor is okay but I prefer to See doctor Bond. The staff seems moody sometimes but I wouldn't change Pediatrician because of them.
Nice doctor, but staff is RUDE! Front desk are not friendly, make you wait long periods by putting you on hold, and have the worst customer service experience. Avoid this pediatrician office.
If you want a nice, patient doctor that answers all your questions ask for BOND the other 2 lady doctors will just make you feel dumb like if the questions you have for them make no sence don’t get me wrong there good doctors but just rude.
