Rude office staff. Poor office management.
RecommendedMy family began going to Dr Diane in the 90's. We all have loved her and her husband, who does the oral surgery part. I would recommend their services to everyone who likes a family atmosphere and everyone is friendly.
I had a less than stellar experience at this office last year; long story short the staff (especially in billing) showed no care at all over my issue with a root canal/crown that wasn't handled well. Very unprofessional, definitely didn't care that I was upset and did nothing to remedy the problem.

Two or three years ago my husband began seeing you because his other dentist retired. He wrote to you about the rough and painful cleaning he experienced at your office with a hygienist.
