I have been a patient of Dr. Ozog for at least 30 years. I've never found her staff to be rude or unhelpful. She is always thorough with her check up and she takes time to listen to you. Sometimes you have to wait but usually things go really well at my appointments. I can't recommend her enough.
Horrible billing department! Rude and condescending.

By far the worst front desk and billing staff I have ever encountered in my entire life. They are rude, argumentative, defensive, and always have excuses. "Well, I didn't do it" or "I'm new" or "We don't resend claims." Then whenever I ask to speak to a manager, I am told the manager is unavailable and I will get a call back within 24 hours. I also have asked for billing to call me back, and I was told I would get a call within two weeks. It was a month. Never returning!
I saw Dr. Ozog for 24 years. She is extremely knowledgable in her field and will take care of you. I have recommended multiple people to her practice, and they found her practice the same way. She has long wait times because her schedule is thrown off by emergency and hospital visits, but you can call ahead and ask the office if she is running on time. I couldn't recommend her enough.
Good service but your nerves will be frazzled after waiting at least 30 minutes beyond your appointment time. Needs better time management.
Lacks compassion and warmth
Sometimes we don't have to wait and sometimes we do. But I would rather wait for a good doctor than breeze on in for a poor quality doctor. Dr. Ozog is one of the most thorough, non judgmental conscientious doctors I have even seen.
I had a 12:oo appt. with Dr. Patel. We arrived on time but weren't seen until 12:30, The receptionists were helpful and Dr. Patel was nice. The nurse issuing the allergy test was very polite and very informative. I gave two stars because I don't appreciate waiting 30 minutes when I have an appointment, the nurse didn't wash her hands before giving the test and because Dr. Patel prescribed something similar to medicines I told her didn't work for me in the past.
