When in for my semi-annual cleaning with Jacki and the visit was great, which is the norm at this office and with Jacki.
Everyone was very kind and personable. Took time to let me know they were running late and apologized (although it was not that late, it was a thoughtful gesture). They were very good at keeping me informed as to what they wer doing.
Best experience..

Dr. Bander's entire team was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to accommodate me when my childcare provider was running late. As a new patient, I was grateful for the personal care I received from the front office staff and the highly professional and competent dental services that followed. Dr. Bander's office goes to great lengths to ensure a comfortable experience. I am excited to have found a new dental home.

Administrative staff, reception, the billing/finance specialist, dental assistants, hygienists, dentists....everyone is exceptional in their skill and in their professionalism. This office is a well oiled machine that really does exceed in making the patient feel like they are the most important person in the office. The overall health of the patient, their mouth, their comfort, and especially education to prevent further problems is the focus of every single appointment. Dr. Baldwin is the gentlest dentist I have ever had.

Had my teeth cleaned today with Nicole. Nicole is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I left the office feeling I had a thorough understanding of the status of my teeth and where I needed to improve. Have always had bad memories of going to the dentist as a child. However, Dr. Bander's staff have always been tremendous and very welcoming. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for professional dental care in a relaxed environment.
