Waited weeks for the staff to return my call seeing if they accept my insurance. Don’t even bother calling this office.
Never. Nightmare. Takes phone calls & yawns during visits.
Horrible office. Horrible experience.
Needs to retire. Put mom on medicine that she had been given by another psychiatrist that she badly reacted to in past . Thinks he knows everything. Does not care what the family concerns are. Dismissive. Does not read history charts.
The staff at this office is extremely rude and unprofessional. Doctor Kurani does not connect with patients as I was one of his patience before I got told that I was no longer desired as a patient and got handed a letter dated march 1st stating so, except I never got the letter. I don't even think they even mailed it. I would not recommend this office . extremely disgusted with the professional attitude of this entire office.
