We had an excellent visit with Dr. French & his nursing team!
My visit was great, long all went as explained. However, I was told I would recieve a call the following day from the staff to check on me and how my eye was doing and never got that call. I even called and left a message and my number and didn't get a call back from that. I mean I went to my eye dr. Dr. Ward so he check me out and found eye pressure was too high. So was not worried. But when they said they would . Kind of disappointing.
Dr French is always professional, polite and very knowledgeable about his job. I trust him totally Best doctor in his field
Professional and easy to talk with. He explained my issues and sincerely cared about the outcome of my treatment.
Dr. French was wonderful and seemed to really care about what I had to say. He was genuine and was able to keep me so calm during my procedure!
Dr French is an excellent, kind and compassionate doctor who cares deeply about his patients eye health. He is very good in explaining to you your vision trouble and what can be done in protecting your vision.
Entire staff & Dr White was very professional & explained my problem & explained resolution. Great customer service & kudos to Carolina Eye!
They are the best , checked out the problem I was having with my eyes and explained it to me and told me what to do. Reassure me it was going to be ok
Didn't realize how many evaluation stations were involved. They are extremely thorough.
