I like the staff and doctors at the lowell ma. Branch. The girls at the desk are very friendly and nice to talk with. My dentist is cool but I forget his name and if you need a root canal ask for Dr Safe! He's the best and it doesn't hurt. Lol
My only complaint is the multiple reminders! I'm an adult and don't need a text reminder,email reminder,and phone calls on top of it! I stopped going to the Haverhill office because of 13 calls on my honeymoon for a cleaning reminder ! And yes it was 13! So please! One reminder a day ahead of time is sufficient. But I do like my dental staff and especially like Dr Safe,my Root Canal Doc. Thanks

I spent 1 hour waiting for a doctor. My appointment was at 3:30 pm, I stayed until 4:30pm. I miss my class.
