Hire receptionists who don't book your appointment at 2:30pm, blow up your phone all day asking if you can come earlier, then refuse to take you because you drive TWO HOURS FROM FITCHBURG to lowell and "didn't come in early". Then the receptionist lied, looked at me in my face and said the person who was supposed to do your teeth left. But in all reality was she trying to leave because it was "passed her shift" even though they scheduled my appointment for 2:30pm I was "too late for them". I arrived at 2:45pm. Dr.shinde is one of the best I have every been to. He listens to me . He have very good side manners. He helps me to stay calm.. I have been to so many and been hurt if he thanks I'm in any pain he stop and fix it JUST WANT TO SAY THINK YOU SO MUCH I Don't freak out when I come to see you Thresia P
