I would highly recommend this Harvard graduate surgeon to anyone who has cervical or lumbar issues. Dr. Meredith successfully helped me with a C5/C6 herniation over 10 years ago with excellent results. He recently performed ALIF on L2/L3 and L5/S1 and I am recovering well and am now pain free. This man is a God send to the medical community and to all who are faced with cervical or lumbar surgery.
Doctor Meredith is the best surgeon I’ve ever had. Great bedside manner for a surgeon. Calm. Informative. I’m still recovering but this surgery compared to my last in 2017 has been a nightmare and day difference. I trust Meredith with my life. All other surgeons jumped to fusion and he had an alternative that was less invasive and in line with his reputation of conservative care. I will recommend him always. So far, I am very satisfied and impressed with Dr. Merridith's skill, knowledge, and detail. I had spinal fusion surgery in July and am recovering well. The surgery was very serious and potentially dangerous, but I am very grateful and happy with the results at this point in time. Recovery does take a long time, but Dr. Merridith explained this before I made the decision. My experience with Dr. Meredith and his staff has been nothing short of miraculous. I saw a number of different surgeons trying to understand why I needed a spinal fusion at L5-S-1. He was the first doctor to fully explain why my spinal instability required fusion. During my surgical procedure, a condition was revealed that wasn't revealed on any of the imaging that necessitated a change from the original, less involved surgical plan.
