I have been a patient at Dr. Mcphatter’s office since my car accident in June. The care here has been nothing but exceptional and efficient. Edith is always pleasant and makes sure all my appointments fit into my schedule. The team here does an amazing job!! I want to thank them for treating my pain and giving me the therapy I need.
Dr. Shelly is thee best!! The office staff is all very kind and attentive. I would recommend anyone who is having issues with their back to see Dr. Shelly. After my accident she helped get my back 110% better!!
I had a really good experience with Shelly. I started PT in February, going twice a week because of pretty bad pain after a car accident. The recovery took time and wasn’t always easy, but my last session was in mid-August, and I can honestly say I don’t have that pain anymore. Precise and professional Care. Friendly polite staff will guide you in to a clean and well maintained facility. They addressed all of my concerns and played a vital role in my recovery, Highly recommend.
This place is highly recommended for the comfortable atmosphere, pleasant and educated staff, modern equipment, thorough follow-up, hospitality and monitored progression. My experience was wonderful!!
