We travel from Virginia now to see Dr Ostrovskiy. He has treated in the past my Mom Uncle myself and now my husband, He is extremely knowledgeable and he listens to our concerns and answers all of our questions.. We are truly blessed to have him as our Dr. And Dr O knowing we travel far he does his best to get all our tests done while we are there for the week. Highly recommend Dr Ostrovskiy
Dr. Ostrovskie has got the most horrible bedside manner to the point that he put me in tears due to the fact that another doctor did not send results and he blamed me and yelled at me and then expected me to come back in three months for a follow. Follow up visit.
Dr Ostrovskiy was completely inappropriate. His bedside manner is poor, and he would not listen to any questions or concerns we had. He was repeatedly dismissive and not caring whatsoever. When I asked him how he would care for his mother, he repeatedly yelled 'MY MOTHER DIED A TERRIBLE DEATH, DON'T YOU DARE TALK ABOUT HER.' This was the first time I had ever met him. I would recommend avoiding him as your physician.
The doctor listened to what I had to say. There was a conversation and an exchange that went along with the examination. I felt Dr. Ostrovskiy would be the doctor I could easily trust and knowing my memory is never up to par... this I truly easily remembered with a smile on my face. Thank you
All in all- negative. Have had several medical appts. with Dr. O. In summary he is arrogant, does not like to be questioned or asked for clarification to justify what he is saying. Even when he tries to ulilize what he thinks are interpersonal skills, he comes up condascending with a sneer on his face. He cites his vast experience and training and his reputation. Very intelligent, kind, caring doctor.
Highly recommend this knowledgeable and compassionate neurologist. Great bed side manor, compassionate and motivating. I am a physical therapist and know a good doctor when I see one. Don’t hesitate to seek his care.
Have been a patient of Dr. O for more then five years. He is very punctual and spends as much time as necessary without wasting his or my time. Always found him very professional, understanding and ready to explain the symptoms and treatments. Can't ask for anything more. Thank you Dr. O.
Condescending, does not listen and pastes and copies your last visit notes to your record no matter what you may have said. Does not like to be questioned. If you need a Dr to help you he is not the one.
