Very disappointing – I found them on Internet before leaving for a 6 hour drive to birth of new grandchild. Florist had great reviews so called and asked for recommendation to be delivered to room as soon mom was moved. I stopped by florist on the way up to be sure they had gone up and they had not even made the arrangement. They walked into a cooler picked out a few flowers and stuck them in a small vase and carried them to the room. They were so pitiful looking.
