Dr. Santos **seemed** nice the 1st visit, without prior consent he had a male doctor following him and I had no choice but to say yes. Dr. Santos was pretty nice to this guy, talking to him about me and not really speaking with me (the patient that pays his bills and for this service). It was a very quick 1st visit, he told me to bring in my lab results from my last Rheum out of state (she was AMAZING and ran countless tests on me), my 2nd visit was with ONLY Dr. Santos, no resident to follow him. I was misdiagnosed with something very severe at the place.
I have been waiting to see Dr. Santos for 2 months. Understandably, he closed his office due to inclement weather. I understand that. However, they are not able to provide any appointments for another month. The office staff is rude and impossible to deal with. They lack compassion for the stress their patients may be experiencing as they wait for appointment and answers.
I love Dr. Santos and his office staff. He’s a great rheumatologist.
