Doctor was good. Office staff was rude and unhelpful. Finally went and bought glasses somewhere else and had a much better experience
The doctors are amazing and some staff but some of the women who are at the desks aren’t the most patient and you can sense their attitudes when asking questions about insurance and pricing. Sometimes it’s nice to hear the breakdown of everything so you can understand better but if you ask you might get a passive aggressive tone and feel awkward tension. That’s the only thing I didn’t like. Overall the older gentleman and older woman with short red hair was amazing and super sweet and helpful.
