The team is super welcoming, helpful, and understanding. I was checked in quickly and efficiently. Dr. Pile was very attentive, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and made me feel seen. I will be going back and I recommend.
I went to this clinic on March 14 to get a mole checked that had appeared recently and looked suspicious to me. Dr. Grey looked at it and deemed it harmless. I have no reason to distrust her expertise or judgment. My issue is with the doctor's poor bedside manner and extremely rushed and dismissive demeanor. She also said a couple of contradictory things - for example, noting the appearance of black dots on a lighter background on the mole, and also saying it was solid colored with smooth borders. I’ve been to frontier at Northgate and have experienced very long wait times in the past, the Bellevue location was so efficient . Checked in completed some paperwork was taken back by the MA who numbed and asked a few clarifying questions, the dermatologist came in shortly after to snip and it was quick and easy. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Pile ( her skin is also glowing which somehow added to my confidence in her ) ! Their online system told me it had Friday open so I booked it. When I showed up, they said I wasn't scheduled until Tuesday. Nowhere in their texts or email did they even mention the date. Had to sign up for their online service just to see anything, and then you can't cancel or reschedule online. Horrible experience!
