9/08/2025 - INSURANCE SCAM. The worst experience!! The night before, my permanent retainer broke. Next morning, I contacted Dr. Deepa's office and EXPLAINED the incident. I was scheduled a same day appointment. Good, right! It's a possible dental emergency. I was there for over an hour, no service and then handed a bill. Dr. Deepa, the assistants, the assistant's manager and all were WORTHLESS, but I was billed. I was told "they DON'T do retainer repairs." Are you serious right now?! It was a SCAM, insurance fraud! I highly recommend anyone to come here. Bring your mom, your grandma, your kids, everyone. The staff is amazing and truly takes their time to ensure your experience is wonderful. 10000/10!
Love the place, love the staff very professional, efficient and of course wonderful, gentle Dr. Deepa, you don't even feel that she is working on your teeth.
