I had appointment with Dr . Bassam. Their office is complete cheat. They didn't tell me to pay $150 during making appointment when I arrived , they told me I have to pay the amount otherwise I will not be seen . I requested them to go thru insurance first the front desk girl refused to see me. I was in so much pain so I paid the amount. I had an appointment on March 6th with Dr Bassam who has been my doctor for 12 or 13 years now my neck I could barely move because I have severe arthritis in that upper area and he did an injection on me and I am 100% better today which is not even been 24 hours dr. Bassam sophos and dr.
