The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Dr. Hemsath is just a money-grubbing woman who does not care one bit about her patients. She is cold, callous, and uncaring. It's obvious when you look at her horrid boob job that she is only after one thing: image. And image is upheld by money. I have far too many stories to tell about her lack of care and money-grubbing ways. I should have gone with my gut and never have given her a second chance.
