This OBGYN cannot be reached unless it's during office hours and there is no way to leave a message. The phones are off during lunch and on Fridays. Very hard to get ahold of this office to schedule or change an appointment. The Dr. does not listen to each pateint's specific needs and refuses fix her mistakes via phone (by calling-in the correct prescription for example) they will make you come back to the office again instead. Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! Dr Hemsath has been my doctor since high school. Her well of knowledge is deep and freely shared. Going there is like visiting friends...though I guess friends with a really odd relationship! I have a very complicated medical history that has stumped many doctors. She is always prepared to use her knowledge and refer to others on the rare occasions she needs. They are happy to answer all of my questions Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
