As my first time ever having to visit an eye doctor, I must say I'll never go back here. They lack common decency. I had two people in my appointment and I asked the guy who he was and he declined to answer. He then had to do the pressure on my eyes and felt the need to lean my head back and other things without explaining to me what he was going to do before doing it. I had the best experience with Dr.Louie. I like that she was comforting during my minor procedure. I will definitely recommend Eye Associates for all your eye problems. Such a great group of doctors!!!!
Dr. Louie and her staff were incredibly kind and thorough. They took their time explaining the surgery and my different options, and I never once felt rushed. The level of care was very positive and genuine.
