I saw Dr Deanna Anderson and she was warm, welcoming and very kind to me. She explained everything in detail and even with showed me (with a really cool camera) why I needed the treatment. Her office girls were great about helping me understand my insurance and what would be covered. I would recommend Dr Anderson to everyone I know! She was wonderful!
I believe Dr. Deanna Anderson is the most unethical dentist I have had the misfortune of going to. She does unnecessary dental work that is very expensive. Before embarking on any treatment plan she proposes, I would recommend seeking a second opinion. Her father, Dr. Dennis Anderson, is an excellent dentist, but she is now the owner of the practice.
I have been going to Dr. Deanna Anderson for nine years. All three of my children also see her. My youngest has extreme anxiety with dental appointments. After many years of having to go to a dentist with the gas and paying out of pocket for it, he has been fine with Dr. Anderson and the staff of dental hygienist. When making the first appointment I explained his situation Dr. Deanna was able to give him a mild sedative to help him and after his appointment he commented that wasn't so bad
Dr. Anderson (the father) was great! Very friendly! Dr. Anderson (the daughter) was also nice but really pushed natural fillings vs amalgam or silver, mostly because they're more expensive. You have to check your insurance and bills over carefully because they unbundle charges that could be submitted as one code and covered by the insurance company. I feel they value money over your well being by far. Due to their unethical billing practices I wouldn't recommend them.
