Appointments are not scheduled efficiently. Office is always packed and each time I have been there I have waited at least 45 minutes - sometimes with no seat to sit in. I am always early or at least on time, and I would expect the Doctor to give the same consideration towards his patients. The staff has always been pleasant, but being nice only goes so far when you are stuck way to long in a crowded waiting room with cranky kids.....

The office is always packed. They take forever to call you. I went in for a "root canal" to then hear that the insurance did not approve. So I get some filling's to then come find out that the dentist performing the filling get close to my nerve now I am in sever pain I would look for another place to go... Oh and one more thing I was in so much pain I needed a appointment and the so called "Staff in the front desk" where like sorry I can't give you a appointment. office very inefficient. always books too many people at one time. he is knowledgeable but unconcerned about his patients. if you are looking for a good dentist with good intentions, forget him.

I came to this site to try and find ratings about this dentist I felt very rushed but have seen his work and it looks fantastic but there is fast paced and out of control but this office is off the hook to the point that mistakes are being made I am looking to self pay for extensive cosmetic work that no insurance covers but feel very blasted through as is if I am unimportant and a psych case the office mgr called me to make the appt stating she had rec'd approval for a root canal and then when I arrived I was treated as tho... read more
