The staff is incredible and the office is clean. Everyone made me feel extremely comfortable and my treatment was painless.
This office has alway been friendly and helpful. Front staff always nice, a big plus when going to the dentist. Both Dr. Mackey & Dr. Raio are great,. When I had an emergency (as a new patient, my dentist couldn't " fit me in") they gave me an appointment immediately . Dental assistants are top rate, very efficient and comforting . I would highly recommend this office.
Where do I start, Dr. Raio is never there and the woman who has done the little work I've had caused more harm than good. Told me I needed a filling between two teeth that weren't bothering me at all, did a pis poor job, 6 months later it fell out. Now the tooth is painful and needs a root canal. I've been waiting a month for an approval, insurance company keeps saying they haven't even received the request, office says they've sent it multiple times. It always takes forever to get an appointment. When you finally get in, the office is packed and they take forever to call you in. The staff isn't the friendliest either. I only go here because it is par with my insurance and close to home. Other than that, I am not too fond of this office at all. I have never even met the actual doctor before actually!
I was nervous about going but the girls there are great they made me feel confortable and relaxed. The Dr did a great job, i had a root canal and hardly felt anything. Not to say i loved the dentist but i am definitely going back. Would highly recommend this office
I absolutely hate Dr. Raio's office and the dentists that work for him. Years ago, when he was fairly new to the area, he cared, his staff was helpful and his work was excellent. NONE of that is true any longer. I cannot even get a callback from their billing dept. to question a charge. I am now getting finance charges added to a bill. I cannot find out what the charges are for. My family and I are taking our teeth elsewhere! I suggest everyone wo reads this, do the same!
Be aware this office outsources some of its lab work. Crowns, bridges, and dentures may be from China. Patients have a right to know if their lab work is outsourced so they can make an informed decision regarding their treatment.
today my appointment at 9 am but your staff let me wait 2hr and i left without check very poor service
Very helpful and effcient. Work was done great, I had no pain would highly recommend to others.
