Rude receptionist!!! The receptionist is not friendly, in fact she is so rude I am afraid to call back to reschedule lol. She is like this in person too. I wish the doctors would educate her on how to talk to people. If it weren't such a tight doctor's market, they would lose a lot of client. Best and only doc I have every had. He has taken care of our family for years.! Thanks Dr. Wolovitz.
The receptionist was extremely rude. All she said was “NOPE” to every question I had. I will never go here. You want to trust the people looking after your health. I would not feel comfortable going here and hope they get a more kind professional person to be the first voice of this office that people hear.
Dr. Wolovitz has been my doctor for the past 20 years. He listens when I come in with a health concern and double checks that any medication or treatment he assigns will not react with any other medication I am on. Even when the waiting area gets busy, the MOA's manage this accordingly and address any questions. If entering the parking lot from Goldstream Avenue, turn R and the entrance to Westwind Medical Centre is between Simply Gifted and the pharmacy/ coffee shop.
