Dr Walters himself, in person, was great. Unfortunately, his admin staff, or maybe it's one specific member, is not great. I have had ongoing issues with poor communication. The first time I saw him, I struggled to book an appointment. Eventually someone called to book me an appointment. On the day I found out, it was never booked.
