There receptionists need to work on there customer service when people need to cancel last minute especially if someone works a grave yard shift and wakes up feeling I’ll. I’ll definitely be finding someone else for my whole family. I’m a AGM at a hotel and I have never spoke to anyone the way this receptionist has spoken to me and let me tell ya I’ve been cursed at called all kinds of names and would never.
