Recently had two wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Tenhulzen and staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable before, during and after the procedure. I have had a few surgeries in the past and I am very anxious about procedures. I was made to feel at ease prior to the procedure and I felt confident that he would take great care of me. Dr. Tenhulzen and his office is the most professional oral surgeon that I have ever seen. 10 hours after surgery I am pain free and have been contacted personally to check up on my progress. I took my daughter, Cassidee in for her wisdom teeth removal last summer/fall. Dr. T and staff were friendly, nice, made her very comfortable in the consult. When we went back she was fairlly relaxed. Surgery was a success, I can say uncomfortable, but NO pain!! He was amazing. They gave her an Oregon State blanket and sent flowers in a travel mug!! I went in for my consult to get my wisdom teeth pulled today and he put my fears to rest as much as possible. I am very scared of dentist office and after speaking with them today I feel confident everything will go great tomorrow
Son went in for extraction of wisdom teeth. Office staff rude. Atmosphere not friendy. Waiting room small and cramped. Back offices not updated - look like they are from the 70's. Dr. Tenhulzen himself was rude - when talked of needing something different for pain, looked at me, sighed, got up and left the room. Had the assitant come in with a different perscription. Bad experience overall. Would not recommend. If has had good recommendations in the past, may know them personally.
Son's wisdom teeth x3. Excellent work, timely fashion, totally professional, office ran smooth and efficiently. Dr called the evening of the procedure to check up on my son and get a report on how he was doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Tenhulzen. I am a RN and I know my good doctors!
I had a tooth extracted. Dr. Tenhulzen and staff were kind, warm and well organized. The instructions were clear and I understood exactly what to expect and do at all times. I did not experience any pain but if I had I know they would have taken care of me. The doctor called the evening to check on me and answer questions. It was a smooth, easy, and relaxed experience. The doctor choose the right level of sedation for my procedure. I highly recommend him for any dental surgery. In an odd way I enjoyed a few days off!
Dr. Tenhulzen was referred to me for the extraction of a molar that bothered me for years, which suddenly become very, very painful. At my initial appointment, I found Dr. T and his staff to be friendly and direct, without being abrupt. The procedure and costs were explained clearly. I was given instructions and Rx.
