I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
i agree! he is a butcher! His wife/nurse practitioner knew little about the things she is involved in, either that or she was lying to try to get me do things i didn't want to. When it was time for baby to be born, Dr. Henry broke my water at 38 weeks for no apparent reason and without consulting me about it. I thought he was checking to see how far dilated i was to see my labor progress then swoosh! and i look down as he's pulling out the hook. then after being in labor for 4 hours performed a C/sec because HE said i had fa... read more

Dr. Henry is a butcher, I gave him my birth plan, and he never read it, Dr. Henry threw it away in the trash. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or no... read more
