They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision
Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. Amazing Doctor and staff. Dr. Henry was willing to take me as a patient despite the fact I was 34 weeks pregnant during my first visit. There was a slight issue with my insurance at first and the receptionist helped me resolve as soon as the problem arose. When I went into labor in the early AM Dr.Henry made it to the hospital in a timely fashion. He was very patient during my delivery and checked on me everyday that I was in the hospital.
