Quick,efficient and polite staff. Super thorough, interested, gentle and kind. In addition to providing excellent service, this team acknowledged the value of my time and did not keep me waiting which seems to be a chronic problem in other offices. I've already recommended Dr. Freitag to all my friends.
Best skin exams I've ever had. Much more extensive and complete than my previous doctor. Dr. Freitag also takes the time to document everything that is the least bit suspicious for action or a revisit in the future. He also provides thoughtful and complete explanations of findings and treatment.
I've been a patient of Dr Freitag for many years. I have never had a physician take the time and effort in examination and treatment that Dr. Freitag does. Even after an office visit he follows up with a personal phone call to see how I'm doing. I have complete trust and confidence in Dr. Freitag. He is also mindful of costs of treatments and will candidly discuss such alternatives. He simply cares about his patients and their well being more than any doctor I've ever had an experience with
Outstanding! Very knowledgeable - very professional - very personable. Dr. Freitag performed a surgery to remove a growth from my eyelid - the entire visit including the procedure and follow up was probably the best medical experience I've had. Don't go anywhere else - he's the best!
