I saw Dr. Diamant for severe chronic neck pain. I have suffered for over 20 years. In one visit, Dr. Diamant came up with a treatment plan that didn't include pain medication. He is very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. His staff are very kind and . professional as well.
Dr. Diamant is a very pleasant person/physician! Not only is he extremely nice and intelligent, he's an excellent listener and allows for autonomy regarding which treatment plan to pursue. Dr. Diamant presented and explained several treatment options, then wrote them down for me so that I could have a visual of my plan of attack. I appreciated this gesture, and feel more organized and in control on my road to recovery.
I love Dr Diamant. He has been a champion of mine while trying to fix my lower back pain.
The Doctor is easy to talk with. He never makes you feel hurried as though he wants to move on to the next patient. He does not talk down to you in a condescending manner. If you have a question, he stays with it until you are satisfied with the answer. His staff is very courteous and professional. The only delays I have experienced have come about I getting approval from my insurance company.
