Was assigned Dr Ryan as part of my HMO with Blue Shield. Made an appointment as a new patient and new resident of San Diego. His name was on my ID card, When I arrived I spent 20 mins filling out paperwork. WHen asked to provide a copy of my ID card, I showed the front desk a digital copy of the card, front and back with Dr Ryans name and address on it as my PCP.
