I went to see Dr. Hackley because of pain in my left shoulder. He sent me to get get an MRI. When I went to see him for the results he said everything was fine and I only had tendinitis. It turns out that the MRI was done on the wrong shoulder and because the doctor did not open the results to check them I was in pain for much longer. I went back to see Dr. Hackley again to tell him about this and he said nothing, no apology or excuse. I am never going back to him again.
