I can recommend (in my opinion) that Dr. David I Park and his Team at Texas Digestive Consultants (TDDC) be considered for your colonoscopy. They did a great job in preparing and performing this procedure for me. I especially want to thank them for the current Miralax Split Dose Prep instructions that they gave me. It was so much easier than the previous prep that I had 15+ years ago.
Three years ago, when I found out that I had gall stones, I was referred to Dr. David Park by my primary care physician. Dr. Park was very professional and attentive, and made an arrangement for me to meet with a wonderful surgeon quickly. I had been hospitalized recently and when released was asked to consult with a gastroenterologist. My regular doctor referred me to Dr. Park. This was during the corona virus outbreak so we needed to do a virtual visit over the phone. Neither one of us had met one another. Dr. Park spent 30 minutes with me and he was very informative about what he thought my problem had been in the hospital and how to resolve it. Good over view of condition. Discussed medications, discussed any changes in medications. Discussed ongoing treatment.Continue same treatment . Call for any problems and further procedures.
I was very pleased with the visual summary of my proceedure. The information was presented clearly and all technical terms were explained so that I understood what was performed. This is a very different form of doctor/patient meeting.
