He didn't address my needs questions or concerns
Hello, my last visit in November 2019 I went to check out and the receptionist told me it would be 6 days out past my normal 30 day wait, I asked why and she stated that was all there was so I asked what do we need to do and she went and got the office manager Betty and she said that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else so my wife asked what was I suppose to do about the missed medication in those extra 6 days, she basically told me it's on me, that I would have to figure it out for myself there was nothing they cou... read more
I went to him for years. He kicked me out because I have asthma and my doctor prescribed a medication for cough. I seen a new pain management doctor and am feeling awesome!
Excellent Doctor and staff. They really listen to my issues and have provided fantastic medical care. Definitely recommend.
I have gone far to long to this Dr. Office. First time waited 3hrs which is a terrible thing for someone who has neck issues. Have told many P.A's about my condition and all MRI'S or Xrays over looked. Finally after 4mo of terrible migraines I recieved something for that. Then when I've tried just about every trial and nothing working to up my meds to one more a day because what is prescribed to me is a joke! It is called Pain Management and they will not manage my pain due to my age. Horrible!
I went to Dr. Ellis and his staff today and it was a most wonderful experience....everyone in the office were extremely nice even though they were snowed under with patients. They were all concerned about every patient in the office. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ellis and his complete staff. Thank heavens I was referred to Dr. Ellis and his staff.
The office staff is rude and treats patients like addicts. They speak down to you.
