I went to this doctor’s office today for a first appointment. I was forced to switch pain management doctors when my last one stopped taking my insurance. I have been going to pain management for several years because I have several ruptured discs from a car accident. My chronic pain has progressed to the point where I can’t be on my feet more than 10 minutes at a time. I brought all my records with me, including an MRI and medication history. When I finally got seen, the PA told me that there wasn’t anything wrong with me a... read more

Pissed! Two thumbs down! My brother who is a severe paranoid schizophrenic was seen by Dr Ellis for Epidural steroid injections, his first visit he was seen in his down stairs procedure room, it looked like a sham, a fly by night type of facility using rolling craftsman tool boxes for supply storages! When drawing up the Epidural meds the assistant held the vials horizontally while he jabbed them with what looked like a 16gauge needle, hitting the rim several times, even missing multiple times! What an idiot!! Once receiving... read more

Do not go to this clinic. I am a veteran, have never done drugs and was immediately treated like an addict. The staff has an obvious chip on their shoulder, unprofessional and the clinic is run down. Do yourself a favor and seek a better place for getting better. This place is not it.

Saw Dr. Ellis one time for literally long enough to shake his hand on the first office visit. I always presented myself 15 min early for appts. Took almost an hour to get called back and sat in the visit room for 45 min. This was commonplace. Went there for about 8 months. Had back surgery during that time and it was the only time my pain was adequately controlled. Even with a CT that showed 2 bulging discs and a bulging disc in my necks and arthritic knees, my pain continued with a constant pain level that averaged a 6 pret... read more

This by far the worst dr. I've ever seen. I told him the injections made it worse and that i want to try something else. He told me there was nothing else he could do for me. He then cut my meds in half and released me. When I asked why they just told me they would mail my records and that I couldn't pick them up. This dr. And his wife are running a pill mill for sure. So if your a pill head that doesn't have real pain this is your guy. If you really need help this place is not for you.

This is perhaps the most unclean doctor's office I have seen. Dr. Ellis briefl, very briefly 3 minutes or less, meet you for the first time you visit his ooffice. The rest of the appointments only consist of meeting with the PA. Each time you go in for your next appointment, you have to go over your entire history as they don't remember you or your challenges. Poor connection with patients. Feels like you are cycled in and out without real concern about your pain and treatment. My elderly mom was referred to him. Her pain tr... read more
