Dr Shavelle is a wonderful doctor. He listens to any concerns I may have and addresses questions in a kind and straightforward way. I never feel he’s in a rush.
Dr. Shavelle is open to questions & explained things relatively. He has excellent bedside manners! He and the office staff are efficient & on-time (I had an 8:20 am appointment). This is very important as our time as patients are valuable too!
He has an awesome bedside manner...he's calm, caring, explains things thoroughly, and I know his goal is to provide the best treatment possible for my specific needs.
Wonderful bedside manner. Listens well, reassuring and calm, personable, proactive. Timely! He was initially recommended to me by a trusted source 3 years ago and I would be happy to recommend him to others.
The doctor took time to listen to my medical history to properly understand why I need to be under his care. He immediately ordered new tests to be done to assess the next step. He also had great and pleasant attitude. That's very important to me.
Everything. Clean office. Nice staff. Dr is very kind and attentive. Answered all my questions with detail so I understood.
Dr Shavelle is very clear on his words, he doesn’t talk fast nor rush. He’s very patient with me when I accidentally put our audio on mute. then he call me up on the phone and that’s how we can hear each other. He clearly explained my Echocardiogram results to me.
The electronic pre check-in thru MyChart was awesome. Wait time in the patients lobby & exam room was very short. No waste & I like efficiency. Dr. Shavelle explained the result of my CT exam & reviewed treatment options with me in a manner that is easy to understand. I like his personality.
I'd like to thank Dr.Shavelle.He and his whole staff worked much and survived my mother's life.With great respect and love I recomend you Dr.Shavelle and his staff Dr.Fleischman,Anil Mehra and Dr.Jerry Kwong.Thanks to them my mom is now alive and healthy.
