No, they've never taken personal calls with me Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider rush your appointment? No

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Would you recommend this podiatrist to others? Yes

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Does this podiatrist use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!
