Dr. Kim's office gave me Dr. Jacobs via teledoc appointment as my psychiatrist. Over the course of the year or two I saw her, prescriptions weren't filled, she would no show at scheduled appointments, and worst of all she did not listen or seemingly care. It was the worst experience with a psychiatrist I have ever had. Also they have deleted their negative reviews. I left one already and now it's gone. I don’t understand how the intake getting my information and a list of current medications and being matched with a Dr that doesn’t prescribe them is helpful. Also I found it weird/creepy that the Dr texted me trying to change the appointment

I looked up Dr. Kim on my heath insurance website. It stated he was accepting new patients. It took a min to get the first appointment scheduled but when that came it turned out it was strictly an intake appointment. The actual appointment was scheduled at the intake appointment time for 4-5 weeks later. During this time I made a few calls to see if there was any cancelations (there wasn't). I made two phone calls today leaving a voice mail at the first then getting ahold of someone on the second. No voicemail calls were ret... read more
