My experience with both the staff and doctor was terrible. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Anytime I tried to talk to the doctor he interrupted me and did not listen to my concerns. He seemed preoccupied. He only made a few general statements and left the room as I was asking questions. I left with out a diagnosis or any treatment options for my wrist injury. Now, I have to find another doctor, because I literally got no answers. I would not recommend him to anyone.
Rude and arrogant. Interrupted me and would not listen. Talked to me like I was a child.
Dr. Wong did not even care to help me in any way, he simply said I would have to live with the pain and find another job. Shame on you Dr. He never even examined me, he just looked at x-rays and said there was nothing he could do.
We assumed that the Dr, did not require an "excellant" rating for bedside manner- but Dr. Wong posesses none. This Dr's lack of compasion and rudeness was/is unbelievable and truley inconceivable. Dr. Wong did not explain what to expect from the type of hand surgery he was to do - did not read past history to asess current path forward. He may be a decent surgeon - but - his organization (who are fantasic) need to be aware of this Dr.'s lack of ability to be kind. Dr. Wong was arrogant, rude, and didn't listen to my symptons. He had preconceived notions and when my symptoms of real pain didn't match his opinion, he discounted them. I have never had such an awkward medical experience as the 2 appts with him. The first consultation I figured he was in a and until he had tests, he couldn't diagnose. The second time after he had all of the information was a confirmation that he is a very rude doctor.
Dr Wong, in my opinion, is a terrible Doctor. He did not spend time with me discussing my medical history although this was my first visit. He did not ask me questions and did not answer any of my questions. He made assumptions without seeking the facts. He is arrogant and unprofessional. I would not recommend any person seeking professional health care to see this Doctor. I am not returning to this Doctor. The Medical Group staff are excellent and other services at the Medical Group are quite good.
SEEMED TO ME TO BE IN A HURRY, DOESN'T ADDRESS COMPLAINTS TO MY SATISFACTION, I FELT HE TALKED DOWN TO ME, WON'T USE THIS DOCTOR AGAIN
Dr. Wong did carpal tunnel surgery on my hand. I experienced complete recovery and have no more problems with my hand. Yes, the office is busy and he doesn't have time for chit chat, however he did answer my questions to my satisfaction... and he's not hard to look at, either. ;)
