DR. JENG APPEARS TO BE VERY THOROUGH WITH HIS PATIENTS, BUT CAN BE VERY DIRECT AND NEEDS TO POLISH UP ON HIS SOCIAL SKILLS, TO BECOME EVEN MORE EFFECTIVE. OVERALL, HE SEEMS LIKEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.
Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jeng for a pre-procedure consult. I was referred to him by a colleague within the practice. Dr. Jeng addressed all my concerns, was patient and understanding to my anxiety with my eyes. I felt much better after talking to him and feel confident that he will straighten out my glaucoma issue. Five star doctor, professional, courteous, patient, sympathetic and competent.
