I had cataract surgery on both eyes over the course of a month and a half. After I made my first appointment, I received a text and a link to a video that explained the surgery options. I was verrrry nervous about my cataract surgery but Dr. Solinsky always put me at ease. Along with perfect procedures, each office visit was efficient and informative. Dr. Solinsky listens and for a patient like me, who gets comfort in being able to ask questions and have discussions, it’s the best possible outcome. Highly recommend!
Helpful, polite, detailed
I was referred to Dr. Solinsky for a cataract that was detected in my left eye. Having a cataract before the age of 50 made me very concerned. But Dr. Solinsky took great care of me, explained all I needed to know about the cataract and removing it, and put my mind at ease. Dr. Solinsky removed the cataract with no issues or concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Solinsky and his staff because of the the great care they provided to me!
Went to Dr. Redmond for an eye surgery that was performed exceedingly well (I know because I was awake and speaking to him the whole time!). I hadn’t had an eye exam for eight years, which was too long. I called the practice, and scheduled the exam for the next day. I have not been able to schedule a doctors appointment for under three months in years. This is what I call old fashioned competence.
Dr. Jeng is a kind, caring, compassionate professional. He is very thorough and explained to me what was happening with my eye “problem”. I highly recommend him.

I recently had cataract surgery in both eyes. The wonderful and compassionate care I received from Dr. Solinky and his entire staff is beyond words. All my options were explained to me in great detail, my questions were all answered, and I never felt rushed. I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Solinsky and his incredible staff. They are truly a dream team!
I recently had laser cataract surgery. Dr. Solinsky is a true professional in all aspects relating to this eye care. If you are worried about this type of surgery, don't be. It is amazing how efficient and effective and pain free it really is. And I would certainly recommend Dr. Solinsky for this task. From his care at Hartford Health Care, to his staff being courteous, prompt and putting my care as job 1, you will be as pleased as I was.
