I'm very disappoint with this doctor and his staff. Tthe staff is very unprofessional. In the office no one knew what the other was doing. they couldn't even call the correct patients into the rooms. The wait was over 2 hours. They schedule patients appointments while the doctors out to lunch, you have to wait an hour for him to return to the office. The office manager is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The doctor did a bad job on my knee and I have to see another Doctor to repair what he did.

dr cowin was extremely professional and took his time explaining my surgery to my husband and friends after the surgery was completed
